Project – Isaly’s

In Pittsburgh one name has stood the test of time above most, Isaly’s. Known for their chipped chop ham, barbeque sauce, and ice cream this deli and diner was a Pittsburgh landmark throughout most of the 20th Century. The last full service franchised Isaly’s owned by Tom and Gail Weisbecker closed in 2024. The couple sold the resturant, but the name was changed slightly to avoid trademark violation.
